Provided project and construction management services for village expansion projects which included the a new zero entry pool, water features and a themed ship stage for families entertainment. Provide management for a Boston Market Restaurant as well as new themed housing for the families. Give Kids The World Village an 89-acre, whimsical nonprofit resort in Kissimmee, Florida, that provides week-long, cost-free wish vacations to critically ill children and their families from around the world who want to visit Central Florida.

myrtle beach , South Carolina
Provided project and construction management services as the owner’s representative for the first ever rock and roll theme park in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. The Hard Rock Amusement park feature a booming sound system comprising state-of-the-art equipment, a multi-use amphitheater for live music events, the hottest acts in rock and roll as usual and more than 40 electrifying attractions. The Hard Rock Amusement Park also feature retail shops, a variety of restaurants including a Hard Rock Café, thrilling roller coasters and a number of play areas exclusively for kids. The entire Hard Rock Park Myrtle Beach design was wired for ultimate sound and revolve around six distinct, custom-tailored areas that celebrate the past and present of rock and roll. The park also exhibit a host of rock and roll famous memorabilia including concert stage props, cars and other exciting pieces from collections old and new.

Sanibel island, FLORIDA

Provided project and construction management services as the owner’s representative for the renovation of the South Seas Resort destroyed by hurricane Charlie.  The renovation included rebuilding the existing hotels, marina docks, restaurants, harbor master building and landscape/hardscape. Construction of a new oceanside pool and high-end restaurant was also completed.
